"We've been with Jim since 2008 or 2009, I believe. He has been a gem from day one. We've had a variety of insurance needs over the years and he is always perfectly clear about what our coverage options are. We always receive paperwork to the same effect. I call whenever I have questions. Jim always either answers or returns my call promptly. It is our pleasure and relief to be State Farm Members. We moved away seven years ago and still retain Jim as our agent, as we have a great working relationship with him."
