"Jim Flanagan has been our State Farm Agent for many years and I always receive exceptional service from him and his agency! Tonight, I was finishing up at a dealership with my son who was buying his first truck. The SF app was not working so I contacted Jim and he was able to get what we needed done so he could drive off the lot tonight. This was during non-business hours!! We appreciated it very much!! We know that this might not always be possible, but we appreciated Jim going above and beyond to get my son insurance so we didn’t have to leave the lot and come back on Monday! Highly recommend Jim!!"

"5/5 stars. Jim Flanagan didn’t just change my insurance, he changed my life. For a bit of a back story here, my wife and I had the same insurance company for 10 years. However, I bought my mistress a new Mercedes and needed insurance so I went to Jim. He suggested bundling and even managed to add on life insurance policies for all of us and still managed to save me $40 a month!!! However my wife saw the bill one day and found out about Francine. Unfortunately, my wife confronted Francine and Francine, in self defense, shot my wife. Due to Jim’s forward thinking, I actually managed to cash out a million dollar life insurance policy on my wife. Now Francine and I are not only millionaires but still saving almost $500 a year on insurance! Jim is a hero."
